Serving the Community... Like Family

Each year Gospel Rescue Mission closes off the street in front of the Men's Center and sets up tables. Each setting is prayed over, each setting hope filled, each setting a meal for the homeless, hungry and poor in Tucson.

Gospel Rescue Missions' Annual “Street Banquets” serve thousands of Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. As music and testimonies present the Gospel message, volunteers minister by serving 1,500-3,000 traditional holiday meals.

At each banquet guests enjoy hot meals and fellowship with one another.

Activities for the children create a festive and enjoyable atmosphere. Squeals of delight, and laughter fills the street as thousands of presents are given to over 1500 children.

Smiles break out and tears flow down parents cheeks as their precious children rip open colorful wrappings. Gifts that they had no way of providing without your generous help.

Over 650 volunteer partners, staff and program men help with these banquets.

Additional outreaches such as, football bowl game parties, 4th of July celebrations, etc. are provided throughout the year for the homeless men, women and children who are guests in our facilities.

Your help is needed each and every day, not just on special occasions.
