From Training to Table: GRM’s Culinary Cohort in Action

Today we’re highlighting our Culinary Cohort here at GRM, offered in partnership with Pima Community College! This hands-on program gives our guests the opportunity to enroll in a full culinary training experience where they earn certifications in Food Service Nutrition & Sanitation, Introduction to Culinary Arts, and their Culinary Arts Capstone—all certified through Pima.

This class is designed to help our guests build real, industry-ready skills while exploring a passion they may have never had the chance to pursue before. Through this program, they gain knowledge, confidence, and experience that can open doors to future employment in the culinary field.

To wrap up their journey, our graduates put their skills to the test by preparing and hosting a large dinner service—creating and serving their own delicious dishes for others to enjoy. It’s an incredible way to showcase everything they’ve learned and celebrate how far they’ve come!
