Jeff was once proud to wear the uniform of our nation. He launched his career as a service member with the Military Police. His career was cut short by cancer — when he was only 20 — but he fought back and won. Full of confidence, he plunged ahead — got married, made money, acquired possessions — and felt like he was totally in control. But he wasn’t.
“I’ve been selfish all my life,” Jeff says today, “thinking everything I had, the successes, the money — was all me. But the more I tried to control my life, the more it fell apart.”
