Housing for the Employed

For guests who are working—or who secure full-time employment through our Workforce Development Program—we provide a structured path to housing stability.

This program empowers working guests to build the financial foundation needed to secure and sustain housing.

Work & Learn

Guests maintain full-time employment while attending at least one housing class each week (offered 7 days a week to fit any schedule).

Savings Plan

Guests commit to saving 85% of each paycheck, building financial stability for future housing.

Comprehensive Support

GRM provides meals, shelter, clothing, and hygiene resources, freeing guests to focus on their housing goals.

Housing for Fixed Income

For guests living on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or another form of stable monthly income, GRM offers a housing pathway designed around financial stewardship and long-term planning.

Through classes and coaching, guests gain the tools to manage a fixed income wisely, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
