Foundations of the Homeless Support Ecosystem
Anchor partners form the foundation of the Center of Opportunity’s Homeless Support Ecosystem, providing essential services and trusted expertise that strengthen both the campus and the guests we serve. Through long-term, on-site, and closely coordinated programs, these organizations help meet immediate needs while supporting lasting stability and transformation. Anchor partners operate in critical focus areas such as:
Healthcare and behavioral health
Housing support and case management
Addiction recovery and wellness
Workforce development and education
Center of Opportunity
The Center of Opportunity brings together critical services, resources, and relationships to help individuals and families move from homelessness to wholeness. As a coordinated hub—managed by Gospel Rescue Mission—the Center addresses the full scope of human development: physical, cognitive, and psychosocial. Beginning with immediate needs like shelter, food, and safety, individuals are then connected to addiction recovery, housing, workforce development, education, health care, and supportive community.
By removing barriers, establishing healthy relationships, and fostering accountability and purpose, the Center of Opportunity helps people replace crisis-driven patterns with sustainable behaviors that lead to stability, dignity, and lasting life transformation.
