Building Skills, Creating Opportunity
Our guests who are in our Basic Construction Training (BCT) in partnership with Pima Community College are currently building a beautiful planter patio furniture set for Opportunity Coffee and Cafe! They’re gaining hands-on experience, learning valuable skills, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish.
Programs like this do more than teach craftsmanship — they inspire confidence, creativity, and the possibility of entrepreneurship. Many of our guests leave with the tools and experience needed to pursue their own business ideas or step into the workforce with a stronger foundation, making it easier to secure meaningful employment.
