Professional Background
Rebecca “Becky” Nissen is a philanthropic leader and seasoned fundraiser based in Tucson, Arizona, with decades of experience serving Christian nonprofit organizations. She is the Founder and adivisor on the board of the Kingdom Investment Foundation, a Tucson-based donor-advised fund established in 2006 that brings together a giving circle of women who pool resources to support Christian ministries locally and around the world.
Becky has also served in multiple national leadership roles with organizations such as Awana International and Lifeline Global Ministries, where she provided strategic direction, donor engagement, and investment leadership. Earlier in her career, she served as Development Director for Grace Christian School in Tucson.

Personal Background
Before entering the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, Becky spent 17 years as a flight attendant with Trans World Airlines (TWA), an experience that shaped her love for people, service, and connection. She is married to Steve Nissen, Vice President with Long Realty Company in Tucson, and remains actively engaged in the local community.
Fun Fact
Becky’s favorite hobby is shooting in competitive archery tournaments.
