Sometimes that future begins with learning how to craft the perfect cup of coffee, serve others with excellence, or discover confidence they never knew they had.
Through hands-on workforce development programs like our Opportunity Coffee & Cafe Internship, Culinary Classes, and many more, our guests gain valuable job skills, real-world experience, and the encouragement they need to take meaningful steps toward lasting independence.
Every shift, every new skill, and every challenge overcome is part of a much bigger story—a story of growth, perseverance, and hope. Whether this is their first step into the workforce or a chance to build on the experience they already have, we’re honored to walk alongside each intern as they learn, grow, and prepare for what comes next.
