Faith, Hope, and Help for Everyone

Understanding the role of faith in our services

Gospel Rescue Mission is a faith-based organization motivated by Christian values of compassion, dignity, and service. Our staff and volunteers see their work as an opportunity to care for others and offer hope during difficult times. While faith is part of our recovery approach, our services are available to anyone in need. People of all beliefs—or no religious belief at all—are welcome to receive help, support, and a pathway toward stability. At Gospel Rescue Mission, every person who comes through our doors is treated with love, grace, dignity, and respect.

Our recovery program includes faith-based programming and chapel services as part of the curriculum. While participation in program activities is required for those enrolled in the recovery program, individuals are never required to profess a particular faith or convert in order to receive help.
