The Privilege to Serve
One of our favorite parts of our mission is showing up wherever our community needs us. We were honored to be invited back by Harvest Church for their incredible Back to School event, where families were welcomed with food, backpacks, school supplies, and plenty of summer fun.
Despite the Arizona heat, the smiles never stopped! 🚒 Local firefighters helped everyone cool off by spraying water for the kids, creating unforgettable memories before the new school year begins.
Gospel Rescue Mission was grateful to be part of the day by bringing our Mobile Clothing Closet, providing children and families with free shirts, pants, and shoes to help them head back to school with confidence.
The impact of the day was best expressed by the families and community members who attended:
