Voices of Hope: Dope, Amen in the Chapel
This week, we’re highlighting something special that recently took place in the chapel. Anton—a guest at GRM—brought together an incredible event called Dope, Amen (aka dopamine), and it was nothing short of powerful.
Through a poetry slam format, guests stepped forward and shared deeply personal pieces that reflected real-life struggles, raw human emotion, and honest journeys. It created a space where people could not only be heard, but truly felt.
What stood out most was how every poem carried a thread of faith—stories of endurance, growth, and holding on even in the hardest moments. It wasn’t just about poetry; it was about expression, connection, and witnessing faith lived out loud through words.
We’re grateful for Anton’s vision and for every voice that contributed to such a meaningful experience. Moments like this remind us of the strength found in community—and the power of sharing our stories.
