From Passion to Profession
We proudly celebrated another graduating Culinary Cohort here at GRM, offered in partnership with Pima Community College. Over the course of the program, our guests earned college credits while receiving hands-on training in professional kitchen skills, baking, food safety, nutrition, and culinary techniques from experienced chefs.
For their final capstone project, each student created their own signature gourmet entrée and dessert, serving it to family, friends, and supporters before receiving their official certificates.
One of the program’s chefs shared, “I’ve spent most of my career serving some of the richest people in the country, and now it’s my pleasure to really serve people who are trying to get back on track and move on with their lives and careers.”
As graduates crossed the stage, one student proudly exclaimed, “I made it!” The Pima Community College program manager added, “The program is amazing, and it’s wonderful to watch our students graduate. I’m so proud of every single one of our graduates.” One supporter simply said, “I think it’s great that you guys are doing this.”
