When Savanna came to Gospel Rescue Mission’s recovery program, she made a decision to fight for a better future, for herself and for her beautiful son. Through unwavering dedication, hard work, and God’s grace, she has continued to take one faithful step after another. Her perseverance has never gone unnotice
Because of the incredible generosity of a donor, Savanna was recently gifted a vehicle, a gift that is so much more than just a car.
It’s the freedom to safely and reliably get her son to appointments, activities, and wherever life takes them. It’s reliable transportation to work and It’s the ability to continue building the life she’s worked so hard to create.
This vehicle will carry her through one of the biggest new chapters of her life, and that’s why donations like these truly change lives. They don’t just meet an immediate need they change the trajectory of a person’s daily life and open doors to opportunities that once felt out of reach.
When asked how she felt, Savanna shared:
“I just feel blessed. God is faithful, and He’s going to give you everything you need to get where you’re supposed to go. I was just overwhelmed in the best way. I never imagined I’d come here and receive something like this.”
She also reflected on what Gospel Rescue Mission has meant to her:
“I found a community of people who want the best for me and know how to help me get where I want to be. I’ve met the most amazing people who love on me and have shared so much wisdom. I’ve never experienced that much love in my life.”
