Leaving a Legacy

A special thank you to Bill Stevens, Trey Andrew, and Joseph Schmidt of Generous Wealth Advisors, along with Tim MacDonald, President of National Christian Foundation Southwest, who joined GRM leadership to share their expertise, insights, and answer questions in a relaxed, conversational setting.

Together, we explored practical approaches to charitable giving, including the Arizona Tax Credit, IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), year-end giving strategies, current tax-law considerations, and planned giving.

But the conversation was about more than taxes and financial planning. It was about how thoughtful generosity today can help provide hope, shelter, recovery, and life transformation for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness throughout Southern Arizona.

Thank you to everyone who attended, asked questions, shared ideas, and helped make our first Coffee & Conversation gathering such a meaningful beginning. And a special thank you to the Opportunity Coffee & Cafe team for creating such a welcoming setting for our guests and providing such delicious snacks and refreshments!
