This month, we’re excited to highlight our monthly breakfast outreach!
Through our work with Operation Rescue, our mission is to step in during critical moments and help bring people—especially vulnerable families—out of unsafe situations and into stability, care, and hope. One of the most impactful ways we do that is by going out and serving directly, as Christ calls us to do.
At this outreach, we were able to offer something extra to our community—an abundance of hygiene products and sunscreen, especially important as the hot summer approaches.
We also had the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping rescue a mother and her children who had been sleeping at Reid Park. By the grace of God we were able to step in, get them to safety, and support them in a moment of real need—exactly the kind of work Operation Rescue is called to do.
We love hosting these outreach events because we genuinely care about our community and those in need. Our goal is to support one another mentally, physically, and spiritually.
