You can be part of that first step. If you see a need in your community, you can request an OPERATION RESCUE outreach to come alongside people in crisis. Whether at your church, a low-income housing complex, a neighborhood park, a community event, or any place where people are struggling, our team is ready to respond. By bringing care directly into the community, we lower barriers, build trust, and open doors to life-changing support—helping individuals begin their journey from homelessness to wholeness.

Our Mobile Outreach Services
Our Mobile Outreach Services bring hope beyond our walls—extending compassion, practical care, and meaningful connection into neighborhoods across Tucson. Through relationship-centered outreach, we meet immediate needs while inviting individuals into pathways of trust, healing, and lasting transformation.
Community Outreach
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating for those in crisis. Our Community Outreach services meet individuals where they are, providing emergency support, essential resources, and a compassionate introduction to GRM—building trust and opening the door to healing and wholeness.
Mobile Kitchen
The Mobile Kitchen travels throughout Tucson, delivering healthy, nutritious meals while building relationships with guests. This service addresses food insecurity and serves as a bridge to our staff, volunteers, and programs, helping dismantle barriers of mistrust and creating new connections.
Mobile Closet
The Mobile Closet brings high-quality, gently used and new clothing directly to those in need—at no cost. Beyond providing clothing, this initiative fosters meaningful connections and demonstrates our commitment to love, grace, dignity, and respect for everyone we serve.

Shuttle Service
Even free public transportation can feel overwhelming for someone in crisis. Once implemented, our Shuttle Service will pick up individuals from designated locations and bring them to GRM’s Welcome Center, where they will receive compassionate respite, intake support, and access to life-changing programs.
Satellite Intake Locations
We are partnering with local businesses to establish satellite intake locations throughout Tucson. These sites allow shuttle passengers to access GRM services conveniently, removing barriers and easing challenges faced by businesses in high-density areas.
Downtown Intake Center
Plans are underway to open an OPERATION RESCUE Downtown Intake Center, offering an additional welcoming space for individuals to begin their journey into GRM programs. The center will also serve as a convenient shuttle pick-up point, ensuring easy access to support and services.
