Breaking Chains. Building Hope.

A Pathway to Freedom, Healing, and New Life

Addiction does not have to be the end of the story. At Gospel Rescue Mission, our year-long residential Recovery Program offers a safe, grace-filled community where true healing can begin and hope is renewed. Guests are surrounded by compassionate support, practical tools, and opportunities for spiritual growth that address the whole person—mind, body, and soul.

Through accountability, encouragement, and faith-centered care, individuals discover freedom from addiction and begin building a new foundation rooted in stability, purpose, and lasting transformation.

Addiction Recovery Program

A Year of Healing, Growth, and Lasting Transformation

At Gospel Rescue Mission, we believe no one is beyond hope. Addiction does not define a person—healing and transformation are possible through God’s grace, a safe and supportive community, and proven tools for long-term recovery.

Our year-long residential Recovery Program is designed for men and women ready to break free from cycles of addiction and rebuild their lives. Within an environment rooted in love, grace, dignity, and respect, guests gain stability, experience healing, and rediscover hope as they prepare for a healthier, purpose-filled future.

Program Overview

A Proven Model for Lasting Recovery

The Recovery Program is built on the Genesis Process Relapse Prevention model—a nationally recognized approach that has supported lasting recovery for more than 30 years, with over 70% of participants achieving long-term success. This evidence-based framework provides a strong foundation for meaningful, sustainable change.

Guests progress through four intentional phases that address not only sobriety, but the root causes of addiction. By combining structure, accountability, and personal growth, the program guides individuals toward healing, stability, and a transformed life grounded in hope and purpose.

Stories of Hope and Healing

Testimonies of lives being restored through Christ-centered recovery

Each week, these testimonies share powerful stories of men and women who are finding freedom from addiction and discovering new life through Christ. Rooted in biblical truth and lived experience, these stories reflect journeys of surrender, healing, and renewed purpose. Through recovery classes, counseling, and spiritual care, guests are reminded that no past is beyond redemption, no struggle is too great, and lasting transformation is possible through God’s grace and the power of Christ at work in their lives.

Why It Matters

Addiction destroys lives, families, and communities. At GRM, we walk with our guests through each step of recovery, offering not just treatment but transformation. For potential guests, this program is an opportunity to start over. For donors, it’s an investment in lives made whole—individuals restored, families reunited, and futures filled with hope.

The Role of Process Groups

Process Groups are at the heart of recovery. They provide accountability, encouragement, and a safe place to share struggles and victories. Topics include relapse prevention, self-care, budgeting, and community integration. Daily check-ins help guests track progress, while peer support builds lifelong relationships that carry recovery beyond our doors.
